find_references
Find where a value or a note is mentioned
Reads only
Description
What the model reads, word for word:
Finds every place a value or a note is mentioned, across all notes.
Parameters
| Name | Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
values |
string[] |
Values to look for, as plain text, for example [“34 Stores at Acme”, “Acme Procurement”]: a figure, a name, a phrase a fact is written in. Case does not count. Send either values or path, not both. | |
path |
string |
A note (or other file), relative to the vault root, for example “projects/apollo/plan.md”, to find every link and path that points at it. A note may be named without “.md”. Send either values or path, not both. | |
limit |
integer |
How many references to return on this page, at most 70. For more, page on with offset. At least 1. At most 70. Default 50. |
|
offset |
integer |
How many references to skip. An answer with more after it names the next offset. Default 0. |
|
repo |
"handbook" | "projects" |
yes | The repository this call works in. One of the repositories the person can read; the values above are Acme’s. |
Result
As structuredContent and, the same, as a text block.
